Shipping Information

Processing Times
Thank you for supporting Rest in Paradise! We’re a small but mighty team working hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. During the busy holiday season, processing times may take 5-10 business days. Please note that processing times are in addition to shipping times, and weekends aren’t included.

We fulfill orders Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (EST). Once your order is shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier, and delivery times may vary due to delays or tracking updates. After your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 2 business days for tracking information to update, though some tracking updates may take up to 7 days.

Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by weekends, holidays, or unforeseen delays. While we do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Your patience means the world to us as we navigate these busy times!

Free Shipping


We offer free shipping for domestic U.S. orders over $100. Please note that free shipping may be temporarily disabled during certain sales events.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Cancel Order: Contact us ASAP if you need to cancel your order. If it hasn’t been processed, we’ll do our best to stop it. If the order has already shipped, you can return it (if eligible) once received. Please note that refunds to credit cards may take up to 10 business days to process.

  • Order Changes/Updates: Let us know immediately if you need to update your address, change a size, or modify your order. If your order has already shipped, you can follow our return process for an exchange or refund (if applicable).

When reaching out, please include your order number and a brief explanation of your request:

  • Example: Order #123456 - Address Update

  • Example: Order #123456 - Cancel Order

Delivery Times & Status

Delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates and may vary. Once your order has shipped, delivery dates will be updated through your tracking number provided by USPS. Please note that we cannot offer money-back guarantees for delays caused by USPS after your order has left our warehouse.

If your tracking status shows as active (e.g., in transit, delayed, etc.) and you need more information on your order’s progress, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier for the most accurate updates.

Return Qualifications

  • Condition of Items:

    • Apparel: Must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

    • No Visible Use: Items with deodorant stains, cosmetic marks, perfumes, scents, or animal hair will not be accepted.

    • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including tags, labels, and any accessories.

    • Jewelry: Jewelry must be returned in the exact condition it was received, including all original boxes or pouches.

  • Final Sale Items:

    • All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.

    • Items purchased with a discount code are eligible for store credit only, not refunds.

  • Timeframe:

    • Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery as confirmed by tracking. Returns initiated outside this window will not be accepted.

  • Proof of Purchase:

    • Returns must include the original receipt or order confirmation email to be processed.

Processing Returns

Inspection Required:

  • All returns are inspected upon receipt. If items fail to meet the eligibility requirements listed above, they will be rejected, and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees.

Processing Times:

  • Once your return is approved, refunds and exchanges may take up to 5-10 business days to process. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are only allowed for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

  • Exchange requests are still subject to processing and shipping times.

  • Refund Timelines:

  • Refunds may take 2-3 business days to appear in your account after processing. Store credits or gift cards will be issued immediately upon approval.

Prepaid Return Shipping Labels

Prepaid return shipping labels may ve provided for your convenience but come with specific guidelines to ensure proper use:

  1. Single Use Only: Each prepaid return label is valid for one-time use only.

  2. One Label Per Order: Only one prepaid return shipping label may be issued per order, and it must be used to return the items from the original order it was created for.

Return Packaging

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these packaging guidelines:

  1. Original Packaging: Items must be sent back in the original mailer or a package of equal weight and dimensions.

  2. Priority Shipping:

    • For orders shipped using a Priority Flat-Rate Envelope, return items using the included poly-mailer provided with your order.

    • Do not return items using a Priority Envelope.

  3. Postage Deductions: Any postage due incurred from improper packaging will be deducted from your refund amount.
